A breathing circle allows us to connect with our breath and with that we connect ourselves with what lives deep inside of us. Only when we relax in what we are experiencing right now, we can open and let go.
Relaxation, presence and breath form the trinity in which transformation takes place.
During the breathing circles everyone has their own unique process. The great thing about breathing together is that you build an energetic field together, in which you strengthen each other. Living through this process together creates a connection and a deep recognition of universal themes.
During a breathing session you lie comfortably and relaxed on a mat or mattress. Stephanie Brugman from Taqa Health will guide and support you during the session in a safe and familiar setting.
The group session consists of:
an explanation about Transformational Breath®,
a short meditation, an attunement to you and the other,
a full breathing session, and
a closing with tea & cake.
Everyone is welcome, from beginners to those already experienced with the connected breath. Maximum of 6 people.
Please take your own mat with you.
